The game and its publisher
Flappy Squat is an iPhone game created and independently published by Lucas Higashiuchi as a personal project. Contact: hello@brise.care. These terms explain use of the game and flappysquat.com.
App Store licence
The App Store version is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA, unless a custom licence is expressly listed in the App Store. These terms supplement that licence for Flappy Squat-specific use without replacing it or limiting mandatory rights.
Access and pricing
The current version is free, with no account, ads, subscription or in-app purchases. It requires a compatible iPhone with iOS 18 or later and camera permission. Recording, microphone access and saving to Photos are optional. There is no Flappy Squat-operated progress backup or syncing service.
Playing safely
Place your phone securely in a clear space and use the app only if the movements are appropriate for you. Adjust the effort to your abilities and stop if you experience pain, feel unwell or become unusually short of breath. Do not keep playing to preserve a score when you need rest. Children should have appropriate supervision. Flappy Squat is a game, not a medical device, coach or training programme.
Counting limitations
The game tracks body position (face and visible joints) and uses calibration. Lighting, framing, movement and device performance may cause errors. Scores and counted squats are game indicators; they do not validate exercise technique, range of motion or workout benefits.
Your videos
You retain your rights to your videos. Playing or recording does not transfer ownership or grant the publisher promotional rights. Before recording or sharing another person, make sure you have their permission and any necessary rights. You choose whether to save or share each clip and must respect other people’s rights and the receiving service’s rules.
Permitted use
You may use the game personally within the applicable licence. Respect rights in its code, illustrations, sounds and branding. Do not redistribute the app or its components without permission except where the law allows it. Flappy Squat is an independent project and does not claim affiliation with the creators of other bird games.
Availability, updates and liability
Updates may fix issues or change the game. Compatibility and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed on every device. Save any clips you want to keep before restarting or deleting the app. Nothing in these terms removes an applicable statutory warranty or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for personal injury attributable to the publisher.
Stopping use and disputes
You may stop using and delete Flappy Squat at any time. See the privacy policy for information about data and video copies. If something goes wrong, first contact hello@brise.care. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain applicable; these terms do not impose an exclusive court or waive your rights.
